Newsletter

We send product updates only to people who asked for them: by subscribing on our website, or by ticking the newsletter box when signing up for the dashboard. We record when you subscribed as proof of your consent, and send one welcome email.

Every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Demo Requests

When you book a demo, we store your name, email, industry, and the optional website and message you provide, so we can reply and arrange the demo. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep requests while needed to follow up and delete them on request.

Service Providers

We use Cloudflare to host our API and database and to receive email, and Brevo to deliver our emails. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
